What You'll Be Doing:

  • identifying and contacting potential partners through email and LinkedIn, categorising leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation;
  • building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns and discussing possible strategies with partners;
  • tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals;
  • researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.

Your Skills:

  • advanced English level and fluency in Ukrainian;
  • experience in affiliate marketing/sales for 2+ years;
  • excellent business communication and argumentation skills;
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights and apply them in negotiations;
  • high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines;
